Our parts team performs a rigorous filtering process to select the brands that we think are good for your car. Our parts catalog has a list of approved brands for each type of car and each type of part. We take pride in having a network of mechanics who use only high-quality parts. Whenever possible, the parts used are original equipment manufacture (OEM) parts or aftermarket parts that meet or exceed OEM service specifications. Within the price breakdown, you will see parts clearly marked as OEM, OEM equivalent or aftermarket.
We stand behind the workmanship of our mechanics and the quality of our parts. Every service booked through MyMech comes with a 12-month, 12,000-mile warranty (whichever comes first), measured from the date the services are provided and the odometer reading shown on the applicable invoice.
Our mechanics come to you and provide services at the convenience of your home or office. We do not have a shop location where you can bring your car.
You can choose the same mechanic if you have used the service before. If you are a new customer, we assign you a mechanic who is qualified to work on your car.
An invoice will be generated after the initial inspection containing the total service cost with parts. We will only process the payment after the work is done. If you decide to cancel your appointment, you may be charged a cancellation fee in accordance with our cancellation policy.
You may cancel your appointment for no charge at any time more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the appointment. If you cancel after we send a mechanic to you, you will be charged to pay a cancellation fee of N1,000
No. We don’t charge a drive fee or convenience fee. In fact, because we don’t have the overhead costs that auto shops incur like rent, electricity, and service manager salaries, we are able to pass those savings to our customers.
You’re always in control. If our mechanic finds your car doesn’t need all the services you requested, we’ll remove those unneeded services and lower your bill, right on the spot. If your car needs additional repair services, our mechanic will provide you with an itemized list of what you need. You can decide to accept or decline those additional services.
